What we believe
Statement of Faith
(1) The Old and New Testaments of the Bible are divinely inspired by God Himself, infallible, entirely trust worthy,and the Supreme Authority in all matters of faith and conduct.(2 Timothy 3:16)
(2) There is one God, eternally existent in three Persons,the Father, Son, & Holy Spirit(Deuteronomy 6:4& Isaiah 43:10,11 & Matt.28:19 & Luke 3:22)
(3) We believe in our Lord Jesus Christ,God manifest in the flesh, His virgin birth, His sinless human life, His divine miracles, His atoning death & bodily resurrection, His ascension to the right hand of the Father, & His personal, physical return in power & glory.(Luke 1:31,35& John 3:16 & 1Cor 15:3 & 2Cor5:21)
(4) Man apart from Christ is eternally lost & hopeless,but salvation is through the shed blood & atoning work of the Lord Jesus Christ, which is received by faith apart from works, through repentance, the forgiveness of sin,& the regeneration of the Holy Spirit.
(5) Baptism of the Holy Spirit is given to believers who ask for it with the evidence manifested in the book of Acts. (Acts 19:6)
(6) The redemptive work of Christ on the cross provides healing for the human body in answer to believing prayer.(Isa.53:4,5& James 5:14,15 & 1Peter 2:24)
(7) We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit by His indwelling & personal work which enables the believer to live a holy life, to witness & work for the Lord Jesus Christ.
(8) There is spiritual unity of all true believers through whom the Holy Spirit brings forth one Church--the Body & Bride of Christ,with various expressions of spiritual gifts & Manifestations.
